What enrages me, every time I see a McCain campaign spokesperson on TV, is that they are devoid of content. They wash this completely out of their dialogue so that all that’s left is meaningless “on-message” dog shit. Just take Tucker Bounds for instance. (first off, how many goddamn Republican stooges are named Tucker for fuck’s sake?) Every attempt to get meaningful, insightful, and informative data is twisted around into a positive-spinning, misleading, and wholly unrelated statement. Obviously “Fucker” Bounds isn’t a moron and knows exactly what he’s doing, and for once the interviewer (in this case Campbell Brown) attempts to show him her spurs. The McCain response? McCane decides to cancel an appearance on the Larry King show because Brown “made life too difficult” for Fucker Bounds. Ah, the old “I’m taking my ball and going home” response. Sorry John, for once the media was trying to do their job. Fucking asshole.

There’s nothing we can do but vote. A normal human can only take so much of this shit.
That’s why I’ve decided not to stay. I doubt if they’ll kick up any fuss…not for an old crook like me.

I honestly think at this point there’s nothing the repubs can do or say to salvage the 8 year train wreck that has been Bush Jr. He has been, bar none, the worst President this country has ever had. I mean unless they’re straight up Neo-Con’s, I think even most middle class republicans don’t like the guy.
Now here comes John McCain who’s basically the SAME FUCKIN GUY! It’s a joke right? Wrong! And thats what so sad about it. They can’t even break their mold enough to run some fresh blood. Then once they see how well both Hilary and Obama were received (a woman and a African-American) they try to “spice” things up by bringing in Palin. I mean give me a fucking break guys! How much more can we take? The economy is weak as shit, unemployment is at a record high, people are losing their houses left and right, we have American troops dying overseas with no end in sight and the majority of the world hates us. Not to mention the state of education, health care, or social security in this country.
I think people just want change period and I think that’s the biggest thing that the Dems have going for them and they know it. I plan on voting for Obama, but seriously at this point the DNC could probably run Howard Hughes’s mummified corpse and still win, purely off the terrible fuckin job Bush and the repubs have done.
Then again I felt the same about Kerry and we all know how that ended…
