She was convicted of money laundering, using the mail for illegal purposes and racketeering. Palfrey faced a maximum of 55 years in prison and was free pending her sentencing July 24.
55 years!? There are murderers who do less time. I’m sure that sentencing was pursued solely for purposes of burning her at the stake for embarrassing the powers that be.
It’s ok though, the principle informant that would expose any other Washington insider’s embarrassing sexual affairs is now dead. I imagine more than one D.C. fat cat is lapping port from his mistresses cunt flaps in delicious reflection of yet another lose-end tied up.

It’s shitty she ended up killing herself over this bullshit. I’m not sure how it would have played out but given the fact it says a maximum of 55 years I’m sure she was expecting the worse. I can’t imagine having to stare the possibility of that much time in the face. Gotta have your balls strapped on tight for that one.
